Per preparare i broccoletti in modo diverso questa volta ho deciso di frullarli a crema e di riempire dei conchiglioni! A me il risultato è piaciuto moltissimo. Bastano pochi ingredienti e poi una gratinata al forno per qualche minuto! Ecco i conchiglioni ripieni di crema di broccoli.
INGREDIENTI per 4 persone:
- 500 gr circa di broccoletti
- 1 aglio
- 5 acciughe
- olio qb
- peperoncino
- 500 gr di conchiglioni
- sale
PREPARAZIONE dei conchiglioni ripieni:
Prima di tutto occorre far bollire i broccoletti dopo averli lavati. Mettete del sale grosso e fate cuocere per 20 minuti circa. In un pentolino mettete l’aglio tritato finemente, l’olio (circa mezzo bicchiere), il peperoncino e le acciughe. Fate soffriggere fino a che le acciughe non si saranno sfaldate.
Nel frattempo fate cuocere i conchiglioni. Non appena i broccoletti si saranno cotti scolateli, poneteli in un contenitore e con un frullatore ad immersione frullateli aggiungendo il soffritto. Amalgamate bene tutta la cremina. Quando i conchiglioni saranno cotti, riempiteli uno per volta e adagiateli in una teglia capiente. Cospargete con del pecorino romano e passate al gril per 5 minuti.
